Если бы они еще все работали было бы вообще супер .
Возьмем к примеру форум на сайте ПриватБанка, на 99 % вопросов которые задают пользователи администраций форума пишет "Оставьте свои контактные данные, телефон и Вам перезвонят по Вашему вопросу". А форум тогда зачем?
От онлайн чата вообще толку нету, обращался туда раз 100 ответ один "обратитесь по этому вопросу в свое отделение банка" а самое смешное потом маленькая анкетка "Оцените свой разговор и был ли он Вам полезен?"
